PROFESSIONAL HISTORY: Ruth Szerepi RMT graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2010. She is a member in good standing with her professional regulatory college, the CCHPB. While in the Lower Mainland, she has worked both at clinics and spas. After a move to the Okanagan in 2013 she has worked in Vernon and is currently working in Enderby.

APPROACH: “I firmly believe in providing each of my clients with the safest and best care in treating their symptoms of pain and dysfunction.” Much like a detective, she is dedicated to identifying and treating what may be the underlying cause in the first place by listening to her clients and working with them to help relieve their symptoms and go about their regular day to day activities. Ruth has worked with a variety of individuals from babies, children, pre/post pregnancy, mastectomy patients to athletes, veterans, RCMP and the elderly. She welcomes all clients with a great attitude and a caring demeanor and provides a safe, comfortable environment for all of them. She is continually taking courses to provide the best care possible by being able to utilize a variety of techniques.

THERAPEUTIC EXPERTISE: Ruth strongly believes in treating each client individually and basing her treatment techniques upon her findings. Some of the techniques she uses may include, but not limited to, are: IFT (Integrated Fascial Techniques), BMM (Biodynamic Myofascial Mobilizations),Visceral Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, L.A.S.T. (Ligamentous Articular Strain Techniques), MET (Muscle Energy Technique), Joint Mobilizations, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Release, and Basic MLD (Manual Lymphatic Drainage) to name a few.

My name is Leanda Ward-Cox, founder of Every Present Spinal Flow.

I am a retired practical nurse, caregiver, mother, grandmother, and Spinal Flow practitioner with a deep passion for helping people reconnect with their bodies and themselves in a gentle, supportive way.

Over the years I have worked in long-term care, community care, palliative care, wound care, and private caregiving, supporting people through many different stages of life and health challenges. Through that journey, I came to understand how deeply stress, life experiences, emotions, and overwhelm can affect the body and the nervous system.

My work today focuses on gentle touch and nervous system support through Spinal Flow. I do not see myself as a healer, but rather as someone who helps create a safe space for the body to settle, reconnect, and remember its own ability to heal and restore balance.

I believe healing can happen through kindness, presence, listening, community, touch, laughter, stillness, and feeling truly seen.

It is an honour to be invited into spaces where people come together to support one another through wellness, culture, connection, and shared human experience. I am grateful for the opportunity to offer my services to the residents of Enderby and surrounding communities.
